Fee Disclosure — MBT Token

Transparency matters to us. This page explains every fee built into the MBT Token contract, exactly where it goes, and why it exists.

Token Distribution

The table below shows the full MBT Token supply distribution. The largest holder is a time-locked Treasury VestingWallet — not a personal wallet. All tokens in the vesting contract are subject to a 12-month cliff + 36-month linear release schedule.

Note on holder concentration: The 37.6% held by the Treasury VestingWallet is subject to a multi-year unlock schedule. No single entity has unilateral access to these tokens — they are governed by the Safe MultiSig and released linearly over 36 months after a 12-month cliff.

Transfer Fee

MBT Token includes a fixed transfer fee of 3% per transaction (buys, sells, and transfers). The fee is split between treasury funding (1.2%), buyback & burn (0.9%), and LP staking rewards (0.9%).

Note: Contract ownership has been renounced. These fee rates are now permanently frozen and cannot be changed by any party.

Staking (Liquidity Mining)

LP stakers earn rewards from the staking fee pool — 0.9% of every transaction flows to the LiquidityMining contract and is distributed pro-rata to active LP stakers.

The LiquidityMining contract also has a reward injection bootstrapping initial rewards. No additional fee is charged to stake or unstake.

376,362,082 MBT is allocated to the treasury vesting contract, subject to:

Cliff: 12 months before any tokens unlock
Vesting period: 36 months linear release after cliff

Liquidity

The 0.9% buyback & burn fee reduces supply over time.

Ownership & Governance

MBT Token contract ownership has been renounced. No party can:

Change fee rates (currently frozen at 3%)
Exclude addresses from fees
Withdraw accumulated liquidity fees
Modify any contract parameters

The Safe MultiSig (0x2d0cAF59dBeaa9C6dE87d6721950FeD71491EFcC) serves as the operational treasury, holding POL and unlocked MBT for ongoing development, marketing, and liquidity decisions.
